LOGO + IDENTITY DESIGN, WEBSITE DESIGN, ORGANIC SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING
Women in Technology & Science Ireland
In 2024, we partnered with WITS Ireland (Women in Technology & Science) to refresh their brand identity, redesign their website, and lead their organic marketing strategy - work that has since had a measurable impact on visibility, growth, and recognition.
WITS is an independent, voluntary organisation that connects, advocates for, and promotes the role of women in STEM. The challenge was to modernise their brand and digital presence in a way that honoured their 30+ year legacy while opening doors to new audiences and opportunities.
Functionality was rebuilt to make resources, events, and membership pathways more accessible, while the updated visual system brought consistency and clarity across every touchpoint.
Alongside this, we support WITS’ organic marketing on an ongoing basis - shaping their social strategy, tone of voice, and communications to grow their audience and amplify their advocacy work.
The results have been powerful:
+ LinkedIn followers more than doubled, from under 2K to over 4K.
+ Corporate Membership rose by 50%.
+ In-person events sold out for the first time, with over 840 attendees across the year.
“It’s hard to believe that it’s such a short space of time because her impact has been incredible.”
“Clíona has been working with the Women in Technology & Science Team for almost a year. It’s hard to believe that it’s such a short space of time because her impact has been incredible… She redesigned the website and branding, making every bit more contemporary and user friendly, but with total respect for the legacy of the organisation.
The work she has done has increased our profile and visibility across social media, bringing attention to our organisation and raising awareness of our purpose. Clíona is a pleasure to work with… If you’re wondering if she’s the right person for your organisation to work with, I’d be more than happy to have a conversation and give my complete recommendation.”
